Lucidian

Lucidian is an educational megagame that uses collaborative play to teach leadership, teamwork, and communication.

Set in a multi-team space-mining expedition, the game challenges players to balance engineering, diplomacy, and strategic decision-making while navigating competing goals.

Over four years, I worked under the leadership of Daniel Ames at Columbia Business School to design, prototype, and facilitate the experience.

I developed mechanics, player materials, and live facilitation techniques that supported the game's educational goals, contributing to its evolution into a leadership training tool for MBA students.
